WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT SUBSCRIPTION?
It's will always be a Surprise! There will always be 2 stunning ornaments and a special something extra! The ornaments will co-ordinate but no two boxes are alike. You can count on it being super gorgeous and super special and a great addition to your Christmas ornament collections.
CAN I SEE WHAT IS YOUR CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT SUBSCRIPTION BOXES?
As I said above no 2 boxes are alike however I have added pictures of suggested boxes that you could receive.
CAN I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Of course you can! What a wonderful Gift this would be to any special someone that shares your love for Christmas Ornaments! Simply place their details in the Shipping Information area before checking out and in NOTES place their email details and any Special Message you would like to include in their shipment. We will send them a special email with all the details of this special gift or you can always log into your subscription and update the Shipping Details later too. Just send us an email and let us know the details.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT COLLECTION BOX?
We will post your boxes on the 25th of each month through to the end of the month. Once posted you will receive a shipping notification with Auspost tracking details.
WHAT SUBSCRIPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer:
- ONE OFF 1 Box only @ $49.95
- 3 MONTH Subscription with 5% discount
- 6 MONTH Subscription with 7.5% discount PLUS you will receive in your 6th month delivery a 12 pocket Black Cardboard Ornament Box
- 12 MONTH Subscription with 10% discount PLUS you will receive 2 x 12 pocket Black Cardboard Ornament Boxes at the 6th and 12th Month Box delivery.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be charged for your first subscription box when you sign up and it will include our flat rate shipping charge of $12.50 you can not add other items to be posted with this box so please order your box as a single purchase. If you have chosen a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscription you will be billed at the same day you suscribed each month.
WHAT IF MY ACCOUNT HAS INSUFFICIENT FUNDS?
If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired during your renewal period, we will automatically keep trying up to 3 times over the course of 7 days to renew your subscription for you. If we aren't successful, your subscription will automatically expire or be permanently cancelled. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date for successful and timely renewals.
CAN I SKIP A MONTH?
You sure can! Just log in to your account dashboard (emailed to you at sign up) and select skip a month option if you with to skip multiple months just send us an email at email@example.com and in the subject line write " SKIP THIS MONTH PLEASE" . We recommend that you skip a month of your subscription at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to ensure that your subscription is skipped before your next box is processed. Unfortunately we can't refund or stop shipment once an order has been processed. Your subscription will automatically resume after the "skipped' month(s) are complete.
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
An order confirmation email is sent out to you after checkout with a direct link to your personal account dashboard. From here, you are able to update shipping addresses, emails and credit card information, skip a month and more!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship to Australian Addresses for our flat rate shipping rate.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED OR LOST?
Oh Dear! We are so sorry! If you receive a broken or damaged item, please use the following process within 7 days of reciept:
- Contact our team at MSB at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the broken/damaged item.
Once we recive your email we will assess the damage and work with you to resolve most issues. Your parcel is automatically insured for up to $100 with Auspost however once marked "as delivered" by Auspost, Making Spirits Bright is not responsible for lost/stolen items or for inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive your package or request your parcel to be held for pick up at your local Post Office for safe delivery.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE SOME OF THE PRODUCTS THAT I RECEIVE?
That's impossible! We all love Christmas? Well ok, some items may not be everyone's cup of tea.We do understand that different people have different tastes. If for some reason you receive an item that you do not like, we might recommend that our items make fabulous christmas gifts for friends, teachers, co-workers and family members. Gift a goodie to another Christmas Lover! A re-gift isn't such a bad thing! WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS however if you received a product that is defective, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem.
Please Note: We do not accept returns unless a product is broken or defective and is at the sole discretion of Making Spirits Bright.
At this time Making Spirits Bright does not accept any returns, exchanges or issue any refunds due to the nature of our business.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
YES! Cancellations are easy and hassle free and can be cancelled 30 days prior to the next re-ocurring payment date in your Account Dashboard that was emailed to you upon sign up. If you need assistance with your link, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will re-send you a link to your account.
