SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

It’s that magical (and very busy!) time of year again, and we want to thank you for your patience and understanding. We take extra care to pack each order properly so that everything arrives in perfect condition—and while we work as quickly as Santa’s elves, this does mean orders may take a little longer to leave our store. Our aim is to have your parcel on its merry way within 7–10 business days.

⏳ DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days BEFORE dispatch, especially now during our busy periods. Delivery times will then depend on your location and Australia Post.
We ship all parcels via Australia Post and email you a tracking number upon dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated based on both weight and location. In some cases, especially for remote areas or unusually heavy parcels, we may contact you to arrange additional shipping charges.
⚡ EXPRESS POST SHIPPING

Express order will get priority and we aim to send out your order within 24-48 hours depending on when it is received and time of day.
For large or bulky orders, or orders requiring multiple boxes, additional costs may apply. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
📦 BULKY ORDERS
Bulky or oversized orders may incur additional shipping fees. Even if individual items aren’t marked “bulky,” their combined volume may require extra packaging. We will contact you with options if your order is classified as bulky.
🔒 INSURANCE
All parcels include up to $100 transit insurance from Australia Post. If you would like to insure your order for a higher amount, please email us at queries4msb@gmail.com before dispatch to arrange additional coverage.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once your order has left our premises, but we’ll always help guide you through any claim with Australia Post.
🛍️ IN-STORE PICKUP
We offer Click & Collect for customers visiting our store in Bright, Victoria. Simply choose In-Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not offer international shipping via our website. However, we’re happy to explore custom options for international customers on a case-by-case basis. Please email queries4msb@gmail.com to discuss.
🧾 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
❌ CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure or want additional photos or information, don’t hesitate to reach out before placing your order.
⚠️ FAULTY ITEMS
We will gladly provide a store credit, exchange, repair or refund for any genuinely faulty items (not transit damage), if:

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

You can provide a valid receipt or invoice.
📧 To start a return, email queries4msb@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the fault.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
We highly recommend if you purchase any products outside the Christmas season you test them immediately, or within the 14 days of purchase to avoid any disappointment if your product is faulty.
📦 TRANSIT DAMAGE
We pack every order with love and care, but once your parcel leaves our hands, we cannot control how it is handled by Australia Post.
If your item arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged item(s).

Lodge a claim directly with Australia Post, using your tracking number, invoice, and photos.

Up to $100 compensation is included in your shipping cost.
Need additional insurance? Contact us before dispatch to arrange cover beyond $100.
🛑 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Orders returned outside the 7-day window

Used items or those not in original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
💳 REFUND TIMING
If your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If not approved, return shipping and collection will be your responsibility.
