RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love everything you purchase from us, but please read the following carefully before placing your order.
❌ Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All sales are final. Please take care when selecting items and read all product descriptions and sizing carefully. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us prior to purchase — we’re always happy to help!
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or not functioning as intended, we will offer a store credit, exchange, repair, or refund, provided the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, in original condition and packaging.

You provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice.

The fault is not the result of misuse, accidental damage, or neglect.

📦 Transit Damage
All items are carefully packed to minimise damage during transit. However, once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post or the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged:

Please keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damaged item and parcel.

Claims up to $100 can be lodged directly with Australia Post using your photos and receipt.

For items over $100, we recommend purchasing additional insurance. Please contact us before your order is dispatched if you’d like a quote for extra cover.
🕒 Pre-Order Items
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for pre-order items, so please choose carefully.
🎄 Seasonal Items
Please inspect and test any Christmas lighting, Glitter Lanterns, Items that have batteries or electrical products as soon as they arrive, even if you don’t plan to use them until later. Faulty claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and within the same festive season.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

Items not in original packaging or used

Items returned without proof of purchase

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
🔁 Return Process & Refunds

Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is deemed faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If your return is not approved, you will be responsible for collection or return shipping costs.
🌍 International Orders
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website, but we’re happy to explore alternative arrangements. Please email queries4msb@gmail.com to discuss.
🛑 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service at our discretion.
